Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company was informed on 19 July 2016 by the following individuals who were, at the date of the transaction, PDMRs, that, following their acceptance of the recommended cash offer by Group Fnac S.A. ("Fnac") for the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company in respect of their shareholdings in the Company, the transfer of those shares took effect on 19 July 2016, being the date on which the Offer was declared wholly unconditional by Fnac.
