DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES

Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 8 September 2014, Mr I Henderson, a Director of the Company, disposed of 9,000 Ordinary Shares at 656 pence per share and has acquired, through a personal savings vehicle, 9,000 Ordinary Shares at 656 pence per share.

Mr I Henderson's beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 559,727 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
