RT/DYGERT INTERNATIONAL INC - COMPLETION

Further to the announcement made on 23 December 2008, Diploma PLC is pleased to confirm that on Monday, 12 January 2009, it completed the acquisition of the assets and business of RT/Dygert International Inc, following the satisfaction of certain administrative conditions.
