NOTIFICATION OF FINAL RESULTS

Diploma PLC, the international group of businesses supplying specialised technical products and services, will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 September 2010 on Monday, 22 November 2010.

There will be an analyst presentation of the results in Haberdashers' Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London, EC1A 9HQ at 9.00am on that day.
