The Company announces that this year's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Downing LLP, Floor 6, Saint Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6HD on 8 June 2023 at 12.00 noon.
The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders.
