Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Dr. Martens plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 June 2022 the following directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') were granted Performance Share Awards (the "Awards") over ordinary shares of the Company pursuant to the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").

As disclosed in the Company's 2022 Annual Report, the Awards will vest subject to the achievement of challenging earnings per share (67% weighting) and relative total shareholder return (33% weighting) targets over three years and, on vesting, will be subject to a further two-year holding period.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the Awards and no price is payable on the exercise of the Awards.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
