Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares undertaken on behalf of directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') under the Company's Global Bonus Scheme.
Under the terms of the Company's Remuneration Policy, one third of any annual bonus payable to the Executive Directors each year, net of tax and national insurance, will be used to purchase shares which the Executive Directors are required to hold for at least two years from the date of acquisition.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
