Sharesave option granted to John Browett
On 11 November 2015, John Browett, Chief Executive Designate, was granted options over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Dunelm Group 2014 Sharesave Plan.
Options were granted over 2,385 Shares at 754.5 pence per share. The options will be exercisable between 1 January and 30 June 2019 in accordance with the rules of the Plan.
John Browett does not hold any other options over Shares in the Company.
He is the beneficial owner of 23,251 Shares, 0.01% of the Company's Shares in issue.
