NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified today that on 25 February 2010 Donna Wharton, the wife of Nick Wharton, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 394.5 pence per share.

Mr Wharton's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 12,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
