Confirmation of Board Changes

Dunelm Group plc ("Dunelm" or the "Company"), the UK's leading homewares retailer, confirms that, further to the announcement made on 9 July 2015, David Stead has retired from the Company and the Dunelm Board on 31 December 2015.

Mr Stead will not receive any payment in lieu of notice or for loss of office. Information required to be disclosed in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 is available on the Company's website www.dunelm.com.
