NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 6 November 2012, Will Adderley, Executive Deputy Chairman, transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to his wife, Nadine Adderley, for nil consideration.
Following the transaction set out above, the aggregate beneficial interest of Mr Adderley and his connected persons in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company is unchanged, and is held as follows:
