Board Changes
Dunelm Group plc ("Dunelm") today announces the following changes in Board composition.
David Stead
David Stead, Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to retire with effect from autumn 2015, having served as a director since 2003. The process of identifying a successor has started and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Matt Davies
Matt Davies has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, in order to concentrate on his other commitments.
As a consequence of Matt Davies' departure, Marion Sears will resume chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee. A search to appoint a new Non-Executive Director in Matt's place will begin imminently.

Geoff Cooper, Chairman, commented:
"There will be more to be said upon his retirement, but I would like to take this first opportunity to thank David for his outstanding service over the last eleven years. He has made a huge contribution to the business over an extended period of change and growth.
"Matt has been a very effective NED since joining the Board three years ago and it has been a pleasure to work with him. I thank him for his contribution, and on behalf of the Board would like to take this opportunity to wish him every success in his future career."
Separately today, Dunelm has announced a trading update covering the 26 week period to 27th December 2014.
