Dunelm GroupĀ plcĀ (the 'Company')Ā hasĀ posted itsĀ annual report and financial statements for the year endedĀ 4 JulyĀ 2009 ('Annual Report and Financial Statements')Ā to shareholders along with the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting to which the notice relatesĀ is to be held at TheĀ Hilton Hotel, Junction 21 Approach, Braunstone, Leicester LE19 1WQ 10.30Ā am onĀ Thursday 12 November 2009.
Two copies of the Annual Report andĀ Financial Statements and Notice ofĀ Meeting have beenĀ submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial ServicesĀ Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, London E14 5HS.
