Grant of options under the Company's Sharesave Plan
The Company announces that on 22 November 2022, as part of its all-employee Sharesave scheme for 2022, options were granted over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company under the Dunelm Group 2014 Sharesave Plan ("Plan") to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities who elected to participate at an option price of £6.67 per share:

The options will be exercisable between 1 January and 30 June 2026 in accordance with the rules of the Plan. In order to join the 2022 Sharesave scheme Mr Wilkinson ceased participation in the 2021 Sharesave Scheme.
In addition to the options noted above Mr Wilkinson and Mrs Witts hold options over the Company's ordinary shares as follows:
