TRADING UPDATE

Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC is pleased to give a preliminary update on Christmas trading.

The Company announces that volume sales in the company's third quarter increased 32% over previous year. Sales in the UK were particularly strong, and indications from customers are that the brands sold through well. On the other hand export business was weaker, held back by a deterioration in the Duty Free trading environment, and the application of a stringent credit policy in the current financial environment. January orders are strong for both the UK and export and the company expects a satisfactory fourth quarter.
