TRADING UPDATE

13Β January 2009

Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC is pleased to give a preliminary update on Christmas trading.

The CompanyΒ announcesΒ that volume sales in the company's third quarter increased 32% over previous year. Sales in theΒ UKΒ were particularly strong, and indications from customers are that the brands sold through well. On the other hand export business was weaker, held back by a deteriorationΒ in theΒ Duty Free trading environment, and the application of a stringent credit policy in the current financial environment. January orders are strong for both theΒ UKΒ and export and the company expects a satisfactory fourth quarter.Β Β
