Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC08 January 2008 BLAVOD EXTREME SPIRITS PLC 08 January 2008 Trading statement Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC is pleased to give a preliminary update on Christmastrading. In the three months ending 31 December the number of cases of spirits soldincreased by a further 18% compared to the same period the year before,resulting in a total increase in the 9 months of the current financial year of27% versus the same period a year ago. Blavod Black Vodka case sales increasedby 21% in the three months, which represents a significant increase inperformance compared to the 6% volume growth previously announced in the firsthalf year. Duty Free worldwide continued to provide the strongest growth driverfor the brand. Margins and overheads in the UK business are expected to remain at levelssimilar to last year. The Board expect the current trends to continue in the remaining three months ofthe fiscal year.
