Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC11 October 2007 Blavod Extreme Spirits plc ("Blavod" or the "Company") 11 October 2007 Directorate Change The Company announces that following the receipt of the cash consideration fromthe disposal of the business and assets of Blavod Extreme Spirits USA, Incearlier today, Jeffrey Hopmayer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company hasresigned from the board of Blavod Extreme Spirits plc with immediate effect. Inaddition, David Falk and Robert Levin, non executive directors, have alsoresigned from the Board with immediate effect. The Company is pleased to announce that William Phillips, currently Blavod'sCompany Secretary, has been appointed to the Board of the Company as FinanceDirector with immediate effect. The Company is also pleased to announce the immediate appointment to the boardof Richard Ambler as Managing Director.
