Dialight plc (the "Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding The Company has been notified of the following dealings by Rizwan Ahmad, VP of Technology and Engineering, and Matt Boudiette, VP and General Manager: the exercise of 10,291 Conditional share awards made to Rizwan Ahmad and the exercise of 21,215 conditional share awards made to Matt Boudiette, both awards vesting on 5 April 2022 under the Dialight plc 2014 Performance Share Plan; and, the sale by Rizwan Ahmad on 12 April 2022 of 3,998 shares (to cover tax liabilities due) and retention of the balance of shares, and the sale by Matt Boudiette on 12 April 2022 of 8,283 shares (to cover tax liabilities due) and retention of the balance of shares.
