The Company has been notified that on Wednesday, 21 December 2016, David Thomas, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 1,294 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company. The shares were purchased at £8.03 per share.

Following this transaction David Thomas now holds a total of 1,294 ordinary shares, representing 0.0040% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
