Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in LED lighting for heavy industrial applications, announces that Karen Oliver has notified the Board that she will step down as Chair and non-executive director of the Group with effect from 31 December 2022 for personal reasons.

David Thomas, Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of Chair with effect from 31 December 2022, on an interim basis, whilst the Board undertakes a search for a new Chair.

The Board would like to thank Karen for her contributions and wish her well for the future.

The Board's trading expectations for the year ending 31 December 2022 remain unchanged from the update on 23 November and the Group remains focused on delivery during the important final month of the year.
