DIRECTORATE CHANGE
DFS Furniture plc ("DFS" or the "Group") announces that Gwyn Burr, a non-Executive Director, member of the Audit and Nomination Committees and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has informed the Group's Board of Directors of her intention to step down in Spring 2018.
A process to appoint a replacement will commence immediately.
