DIRECTORATE CHANGE
DFS Furniture plc ("DFS", or the "Company") announces that Julie Southern, a non-Executive Director, has informed the Company's Board of Directors of her intention to step down at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on 30 November 2018, due to her other non-Executive Director commitments.
As a result, Julie will not be seeking re-election as a director of the Company and will also step down as Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
A process to appoint a replacement will commence immediately.
