Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and Connected Persons. Notifications made in accordance with both DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4R(1)(c) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company announces that notification was received that certain directors and PDMRs have sold a number of DFS ordinary shares today in London.
