Board and Senior Management Appointments

Dev Clever (DEV), a leading developer of mobile and immersive experiences, is pleased to announce that Tim Heaton, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, is appointed to the Company's Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Mr. Heaton was previously the Business Development Director for EMEA at Oracle and joined the Company on 1 October 2019 to develop and lead the accelerated global commercialisation of the Company's software. Specifically, Mr. Heaton has focused on the implementation of Dev Clever's strategy to provide its educational careers guidance software applications as a joint proposition with a global hardware manufacturer. This culminated in the recently announced three-year exclusive worldwide partnership contract with Lenovo Group Limited.

The Board will benefit from Mr. Heaton's extensive experience in providing SaaS (software as a service) based products via a global channel sales network as well as his broad commercial acumen in delivering value added sales.

Mr Heaton will be appointed as an executive director. There is no additional information required under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

In addition, the Board is pleased to announce that, Keith Hayes joined Dev Clever as Head of Governance Risk and Compliance. Keith has extensive industry experience of leading global infrastructure, data and security teams for many blue chip commercial organisations including IBM, Dixons Carphone and Siemens Communications. During his career, he has made key contributions to data privacy and protection policies for both central and local government, regulatory bodies and think tanks. In his new role, Keith will focus on ensuring Dev Clever's software applications incorporate the highest standards of data governance and security.
