Los Angeles, California: DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD; OTCQX: DDDGY), the advanced imaging and 3D solutions company, announces that on 21 April 2015 it has been notified that Edale Capital LLP has increased its holding to 5,170,000 ordinary shares in the Company as of 1 April 2015. As a result, Edale Capital's holding currently represents 3.1 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
