DDD GROUP PLC (the "Company")

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SHARE OPTION EXERCISE

The Company announces that on 8 June 2010 Mr. Christopher Yewdall, CEO and Executive Director of the Company, exercised options for 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 10.7p per Share. Mr. Yewdall's shares are part of the block admission that was announced on 13 January 2010 and admitted to AIM on 19 January 2010.

Following this transaction, Mr. Yewdall's interest in the Company stands at 1,867,332 shares or approximately 1.42%.

For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital now stands at 131,696,406 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 131,696,406.

The above figure of 131,696,406 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
