Directors' Dealing

DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD, OTCQX: DDDGY, the "Company"), the 3D solutions company, announces that Chris Yewdall, Chief Executive Officer, and Victoria Stull, Chief Financial Officer, have exercised stock options as follows.

On 22 April 2013 Victoria Stull, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, exercised options over 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") from the December 2009 grant at an exercise price of 13.9p per share (together the "Stull Option Exercise"). Miss Stull intends to hold the 50,000 shares, therefore following the Stull Option Exercise, Miss Stull's interest in the Company will stand at 126,000 Ordinary Shares or approximately 0.1% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company. Miss Stull's shares are part of the block admission that was announced on 23 January 2013 and admitted to AIM on 28 January 2013.

On 23 April 2013 Chris Yewdall, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, exercised options over 550,000 Ordinary Shares from the April 2008 grant (expiring on this date) at an exercise price of 10p per share (together the "Yewdall Option Exercise"). Following the Yewdall Option Exercise, Mr. Yewdall's interest in the Company will stand at 3,081,808 Ordinary Shares or approximately 2.3% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company. Mr. Yewdall has paid in full for 150,000 of the shares and has requested that 400,000 shares be sold into the market as demand arises to cover the costs of taxation on his exercises from 8 April 2013 and 23 April 2013. Further details of any sales will be provided in due course.

Mr. Yewdall's shares are part of the block admission that was announced on 12 June 2012 and admitted to AIM on 18 June 2012.
