DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD; OTCQX: DDDGY) confirms that on 25 February 2016 the Company was notified that Dr. Sanji Arisawa, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 400,000 ordinary 1p shares of the Company at an average purchase price of 2.5p per share (the "Share Purchase") on 24 February 2016. Following the Share Purchase, Dr. Arisawa's interest in the Company stands at 2,889,200 Ordinary Shares or approximately 1.5% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company.
