Block Listing Application

DDD Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made today in respect of a block listing of 1,085,996 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The Block Listing Shares represent approximately 0.8% of the current issued share capital of the Company and represent options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that were granted under the following share option plans:

6 July 2006 share option plan: 369,330

24 April 2008 share option plan: 666,666

4 December 2009 share option plan: 50,000

On exercise, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on AIM in respect of the 1,085,996 Block Listing Shares ("Admission"). It is expected that such admission will become effective on 11 May 2011.

Following Admission the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 134,668,812 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 134,668,812.

The above figure of 134,668,812 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
