Directa Plus plc (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that Mr. Luca Lodi-Rizzini, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has stepped down from the Board, with immediate effect, for personal reasons.

Sir Peter Middleton, Chairman of the Company, stated: "We are sorry to see Luca leave, however, we understand his decision. His expertise and experience have been a great support to Directa Plus during the IPO process and beyond, and we wish him all the best for the future."
