Change of directorate
DCD Media plc, the independent TV production and distribution group, announces that Simon Pizey, a director of the Group since 2006, will step down from the board on 6 December 2010 to focus on his role as Managing Director of Done and Dusted Group Limited. The Group does not intend to replace this position while it continues its search for a new Chairman, about whom DCD looks forward to making a further announcement when appropriate.
David Green, Chief Executive of DCD Media, commented,
"I would like to thank Simon Pizey for his valuable contribution as a board director during the last five years which has seen the Group develop into a substantial international production and distribution force on both sides of the Atlantic. He will now be able to devote even more time to the successful growth of Done and Dusted, a DCD Media company, as one the world's leading music and events producers."
