PLUS MARKETS GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY") GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORSThe Company announces that the following Directors of the Company were grantedthe options over the ordinary shares of 5 pence each of the Company detailedbelow on 17 March 2005.700,000 options each were granted to S M Brickles and D S Francis under theCompany's EMI Share Option Plan. In addition options totalling 2,009,091 were granted to other staff members.All options were granted at an exercise price of 7.25 pence each, reflectingthe mid price at close of trading on 16 March 2005. The options becomeexercisable from 17 March 2008 and have an expiry date of 17 March 2015.ENDPLUS Markets Group plc
