Board Changes

The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Hamish Harris, formerly a Non-Executive Director, as Executive Chairman with immediate effect. This follows the resignation of Donald Strang, who leaves with effect from today in order to pursue other business interests.

The Company further announces the appointment of Jason Berry as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Jason Berry has extensive experience operating in global public markets having spent approximately 20 years working in the financial services sector in London. Highly experienced in raising capital for listed Companies and Sales Trading, Jason was Director of Dawnay (2005- 2008), Day Investment Banking Limited and was involved in the successful buy out of the business which now trades as Hobart Capital Markets Limited. Currently Jason serves as a director of JBerry Consulting Limited, Stoke Capital Limited and has, since July 2014, been an executive director of UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC, the AIM traded oil & gas exploration company. He holds a BA (Honours) in European Business Studies.
