1 June 2009 PLUS Markets Group plc Exercise of options
The Directors of PLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") (AIM:PMK) announce that, following the exercise of options at 5p per share, they have today allotted 1,890,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company.
Following the exercise of these options, the total number of shares in issue is 316,574,130 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in PLUS Markets Group plc is 316,574,130.
Application will be made for the 1,890,000 new shares to be admitted to AIM, which is expected to take place by 8 June 2009.
