Digitalbox plc, the mobile-first digital media business, which owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke, The Tab and TV Guide, posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) to shareholders on 4 June 2025 together with its Report and Financial Statements 2024 to those shareholders who requested a hard copy.

The Company's AGM will be held at Jubilee House, 92 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2SN on 30 June 2025 at 8:00 a.m.

Copies of all documents, including the Report and Financial Statements 2024, are available on the Company's website, www.digitalbox.com/investors.
