Digitalbox plc, (AIM:DBOX) the mobile-first digital media business, which owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke and The Tab, announces that Claire Blunt, Non-Executive Director, has resigned and will step down from the Board at the end of April 2026 to focus on her role as CFO & COO of Steven.com.Claire joined the Digitalbox Board in October 2024 and served as the Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee during her tenure.Marcus Rich, Non-Executive Chairman, Digitalbox, commented: "I would like to thank Claire for her significant contribution to Digitalbox during her time on the Board. She has been a very important member of the Board and while we are sorry to see her step down, we fully understand her decision to focus on her executive responsibilities. We wish Claire all the best for the future."Claire Blunt, Non-Executive Director, Digitalbox, added: "I would like to thank the Board for their support and collaboration during my time with the Company. It has been a privilege to serve as a Non-Executive Director and to work alongside such a dedicated and talented team.
