Digitalbox plc (AIM: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media business, announces that it has received notification that Claire Blunt, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 159,024 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 4.3 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase") through her nominee provider Hargreaves Lansdown.
Following the Purchase, Claire Blunt's beneficial shareholding stands at 159,024 Ordinary Shares in Digitalbox, which represents 0.13% of Digitalbox's current issued share capital of 117,923,393.
