PLUS Markets Group plc21 January 2011 Award of share options
The following notification is made in accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules.On 21 January 2011, as part of an award to staff and senior management underthe PLUS Markets EMI Share Option Plan (the "Plan") the following directors ofthe Company were granted options to acquire ordinary shares of £0.05 each inthe Company ("Shares") at an exercise price of £0.05 per Share as summarisedbelow. These options shall be subject to certain performance conditions, including the Company reaching a share price target specified at 7.5p. No consideration was paid for the grant of the options. To the extent that options vest in accordance with the applicable performance conditions, the exercise period for the options is 21 January 2014 to 20 January 2021, assuming the optionholder remains in the Company's employment.
On the same date, the following directors of the Company surrendered the following options over Shares for nil consideration:
