Consequently, at theExtraordinary General Meeting convened for today at 9.00 a.m. (10.00 a.m.Swedish time), while the resolution to approve the change of Articles ofAssociation that would have empowered the Board of NetGiro International to sellNetGiro Systems AB ("NetGiro") has proceeded and been passed, the resolution toapprove the acquisition by DataCash has been adjourned while the Board ofNetGiro International considers the alternative proposal. The Board of DataCashcontinues to monitor the situation. The Board of DataCash will provide an update in due course.
