Darktrace plc ("Darktrace") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions.
Jack Stockdale, CTO, has notified Darktrace that on 20 January he purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 2.42 pence per share. An Amendment to the Initial Notification was filed as the Initial Notification stated an incorrect purchase price.
