Transaction in own shares
Exercise of options
and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that on 4 December 2015 it purchased 110,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1 per Ordinary Share, to be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the Company held 205,666 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction the Company announces that 105,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury have today been transferred to an employee, following the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares.
Pursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of IS Solutions remains as 36,583,020 Ordinary Shares, with 100,666 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 36,482,354.
The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
