Share Repurchase Programme
Pursuant to the authority given to IS Solutions by shareholders, the Company announces that, in order to be able to buy back ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") during and out of the Company's close period, it has entered into an irrevocable, non discretionary programme with finnCap Limited, the Company's broker, to purchase up to 200,000 Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The non discretionary buy-back programme will operate with effect from today. Any acquisitions will be made within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with the Company's general authority to repurchase Ordinary Shares.
