D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, "the Group", "D4t4"), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces that Ash Mehta, Chief Financial Officer, has today, via his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) as part of the SIPP's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 570 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 247.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction Ash Mehta's interest in the Company increased to 80,570 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
