Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that it was notified on 22 December 2016 that on 22 December 2016, Mike Lloyd, Non-Executive Director, purchased 261,795 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
As a result, Mr Lloyd holds 1,330,597 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
