CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 27 May 2026 that Scott Morrison, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of CVS, purchased a total of 987 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date.
As a result, Scott Morrison's total interest in the Company, including all persons closely associated, is now at 987 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.001% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
