Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding
CVS, the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified today that on 6 July 2016, Richard Connell, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,370 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In addition, the Company was also notified today that on 6 July 2016, Mr Connell's wife purchased 2,130 Ordinary Shares through her ISA.
As a result, Mr Connell holds 90,761 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. Mr Connell's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holding, is 92,891 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
