CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, was notified on 4 October 2013 that on that date, Mike McCollum, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 247.75 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mike McCollum is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.03 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
