Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company have declared a final dividend of £0.020625 per ordinary Sterling Shares and €0.018125 per ordinary Euro Shares, being the second dividend for the current financial year ending 31 December 2024.

The dividend will be payable on 30 August 2024 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 9 August 2024 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 8 August 2024
