Further to the announcement by Charles Taylor plc (the "Company") earlier this morning relating to the Rights Issue, the Company announces that the Prospectus in respect of the Rights Issue was approved today by the UK Listing Authority and has been published on the Company's website at www.ctplc.com.
A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Copies of the Prospectus will also be available at the Company's registered office at Standard House, 12-13 Essex Street, London WC2R 3AA.
Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the announcement made by the Company earlier this morning relating to the Rights Issue.
